Our history
The historic brand was created in 1969 by the Briel family.
Today it bears the name "Briel & Partners" in honour of the women working under its colours.
The team is now exclusively female.
True partners of the company, they are the energy that makes it dynamic. Development decisions are always taken in consultation, in a participatory and collegial manner. It was therefore obvious to us that they should be at the forefront.
The company has developed a mode of operation, operational organisation and commercial tools created specifically for its Real Estate Advisors working in its agencies and in the collateral sectors of its sales outlets.
Our clientele, belonging to the most privileged professional social category (CSP+), considers it an essential asset to be received in elegant physical spaces rather than in a bar, on a pavement or in a supermarket car park, as is the case with the Advisors of virtual franchises which do not benefit from a local structure.
Our choice was therefore self-evident and we decided to invest in high-end reception areas where Consultants can welcome their clients in the comfort of elegant lounges, but also meet as a team in collaborative work spaces to share experiences, benefit from assistance in developing their business or simply chat over a coffee.
Our philosophy
"Briel & Partners" pays tribute to the nobility of Humanism that unites people, in the mutual benevolence that we must show each other and which is so well summarised in a sentence by Saint Exupéry in his book Terre des Hommes: "To be a Man is to feel that by laying one's stone one is contributing to building the world".
Thus, "Briel & Partners" supports its Partners in their commercial development through business training, but also in their personal development through Personal Development workshops.
Like the philosopher Jean Bodin, we are convinced that "there is no wealth except in people". The value of a company is only the reflection of the people who make it up.
Thus, Briel & Partners is keen to enhance its Partners, to promote their own identity while working as a team, helping them to be recognised as key professionals in their sector, which is made possible by two inseparable notions: the development of their market share on the one hand and the quality of service provided to their clients on the other.
